Navy ERP+

 We are currently in need of individuals who fit the following descriptions for upcoming staffing on the Navy ERP+ Project. Locations include Mechanicsburg, PA and potentially other locations in the future. However, most work will be remote.  Each of the roles listed below has an abridged list of requirements; please contact us to find out the full required qualifications for a given role. Functional Workstream Roles

Architectural Runway :  Description -  Relates to S/4HANA configurations across all the foundational S/4 modules to include FICO, PSM, D&S, P2P, EVM, AM, CM and OM.  Key Skills -  Deep skills in one of the following SAP modules:  FICO, PSM, D&S, AM, QM, TM, EWM, P2P.


SAP Acquire to Retire :  Description -   This process manages the lifecycle of a company’s physical assets (like machinery, vehicles, or buildings) from the initial purchase through maintenance and, finally, disposal or sale.  Key Skills -  FI-AA (Asset Accounting), PM (Plant Maintenance), PS (Project System).


SAP Hire to Retire :  Description -  H2R tracks the entire journey of an employee. It begins with recruitment and onboarding and covers payroll, career development, and final offboarding. Key Skills -  SuccessFactors (Cloud HR), HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll.


SAP Proposal to Reward :  Description -  Often specific to project-based industries, this process involves bidding for a project, managing the work, and eventually recognizing the revenue or "reward" upon completion. Key Skills -  PSM (Public Sector Management), FM (Funds Management), Grants Management.


SAP Plan to Stock:  Description -  This is the heart of manufacturing. It involves forecasting demand, planning the production run, and moving finished goods into the warehouse. Key  Skills -  MRP (Material Requirements Planning), IBP (Integrated Business Planning).


SAP Service Request to Resolution:  Description -  The customer support lifecycle, where a customer reports an issue or requests a service, a technician is dispatched or a solution provided, and the case is closed.  Key Skills -  SAP Service Cloud, CS (Customer Service), FSM (Field Service Management).


SAP Point of Sale:  Description -  The front-end retail process where transactions occur at a physical or digital checkout. It integrates real-time sales data back into the central ERP for inventory and financial updates.  Key Skills -  SAP Customer Checkout, SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), SD (Sales and Distribution).


SAP Food Service:  Description -  An industry-specific process for catering and hospitality, involving recipe management, menu planning, ingredient procurement, and kitchen production.  Key Skills -  PLM (Product Lifecycle Management for Recipes), MM (Materials Management), SAP Retail.


Technical Roles


Fiori Specialist:  Description -  Analyze, design, and implement the SAP Fiori User Experience (UX) for the assigned end-to-end process area.   Key Skills -  SAP Fiori/UI5, Neptune, OData Services (SEGW), SAP Gateway, JavaScript/CSS for UI enhancements, BTP.


Workflow Specialist:  Description -  Design, configure, and optimize automated business processes within S/4HANA digital core. Transition from legacy SAP Business Workflows to modern S/4HANA Flexible Workflow framework.  Key Skills -  SAP Workflow, Flexible Workflow, Business Rule Framework (BRFplus), Agent Determination.


Fiori Security:  Description -  Manage SAP Application Security and Identify Access Management (IAM) capability for the SAP Fiori User Experience (UX) through role-based security configurations.  Key Skills -  SAP Access Control.


Data Management:  Description -  Design, implement, and manage the Master Data Governance framework for the S/4HANA program.  Key Skills -  SAP MDG, SAP ETL, SAP SAC.


Data Migration:  Description -  Lead complex data modeling, migration governance, and data quality.   Key Skills -  SAP MDG, SAP ETL, SAP SAC. 


Data & Analytics:  Description -  Drive SAC strategy and implementation to transform raw data into actionable insights that derive budgeting, planning, and operation excellence.  Key Skills -  SAP ETL, SAP SAC, Embedded Analytics.


DevSecOps / Tooling Engineer:  Description -  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate security, manage the IDP and cloud resources.  Key Skills -  CI/CD tools, Configuration, Security tools.


Sys Admin Windows/UNIX (RHEL):  Description -  Responsible for the uptime, performance, and stability of the physical and virtual server environments.  Key Skills -  Windows Server, RHEL environments, VMware vSphere, PowerShell, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH.
